The VSSC Sport Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing our league operations in the city of Victoria, 1 of 6 cities the Sport and Social Club runs throughout the country. This person is responsible for scheduling of leagues, growing and attracting new teams and players, growing sponsorships, planning and hosting tournaments, managing staff and contributing to our company and city specific marketing initiatives.

If you are positive, solution-oriented, enthusiastic and have an endless supply of energy, this could be the job for you! Come join a result-oriented, fun, dynamic, hard-working team of Evening League Facilitators in the sports logistics and marketing field.
Help raise awareness of leagues, tournaments, and events while maintaining a fun and active playing environment for VSSC players each night. Assist with training and supervising our Game Coordinators, provide support during conflicts, stock sporting equipment while visiting facilities across the city, and display unique problem solving abilities in this fast-paced position.
Must commit for at least an entire sport season (Fall, Winter or Sprummer), however the ideal candidate will commit to the position long-term. Available shifts are Monday to Thursday, anywhere from 5pm to 10pm (some may extend to 11pm).

Come join our fun and outgoing team of Game Coordinators! Game Coordinators (GC’s) are the eyes and ears of the VSSC in our evening leagues. We are looking enthusiastic, positive, and outgoing people to work in the evenings to set-up equipment, oversee leagues, liaise with members, and ensure VSSC members are having fun!
Must commit for an entire season - be it Sprummer, Fall or Winter. Available shifts are Monday to Friday, anywhere from 6pm to 10pm – pick the night and location you wish to work. Great opportunity to make some extra pocket money, while meeting outgoing sports-oriented people. Required to be a sports geek or a social butterfly to work with the VSSC!
